Zero Exposure was registered on Saturday, May 10, 2008. It is hosted by Hostmonster and run entirely on WordPress (with modification) and inspiration from numerous other talented designers.

The current layout was inspired by several sites and layouts. It is created using the wondrous float function in CSS.

Hello, there! I’m Noelle, the mastermind behind Zero Exposure. Based in Southern California’s Inland Empire, I’m currently a student with a major interest in graphic design and far too much free time. I have lived in California for my entire life, but I thoroughly enjoy traveling the world and immersing myself in different cultures. So far, I’ve traveled to six different countries and I’m always looking for more opportunities. Starting from a base of self-taught techniques from when I was but a young teen, I’ve developed my own style and I find inspiration from the world around me.

I enjoy writing, drawing, and reading in my free time; curling up in bed with a book in hand is like coming home to an old friend. I’m obsessed with pocky (yum!), Diet Coke, Mythbusters, Anthony Bordain, and french fries; I can’t go a week without getting my fix. You’ll seldom hear me without a witty retort on the tip of my tongue; I’m very sarcastic–and no, I don’t believe that it’s the lowest form of wit. I’m a fan of warm and vibrant colors and I collect bags, purses and scarves for a but of fun in my wardrobe.

So far, I have skill in the following programs and/or scripting languages: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe GoLive, Corel Painter 11, Macromedia Dreamweaver, CSS, XHTML, PHP (novice), and MySQL (novice).

For those of you who wish to know, I use the following tools to create my artwork: Adobe Creative Suite CS2 Premium, Adobe Master Suite CS3 Premium, Wacom Intuos4 Large Tablet, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Canon D40 Camera, Canon MX310 Printer/Scanner/Fax, good ol’ Windows Notepad, my imagination (scary!), whatever physical media I can get my hands on (i.e. ink, paint, paintbrushes, rollers… dirt; it all works), and lots and lots of caffeine.
