I got it. Corel Painter 11, I mean. It’s a god send. Didn’t know that digital painting, when you have the right tools, could be so much fun. I’ll definitely be using it more often. Next step is to get my hands on a Wacom tablet. I won’t go for the Cintiq, though drool-worthy, it’s not practical at the moment, but I’ll probably grab an Intuos4 medium or large.
Tutorials are slow going, but I’m getting there. School work and other junk is going on though. Funeral for a distant relative this weekend. I don’t know if I’m going to go, they’re such maudlin affairs. Then my cousin rescheduled her son’s birthday part so it happens during the funeral. Smart?
I think not.
I’m already tired of the website layout. It’ll be changing. Zeroexposure is so drab right now, but there’s not much I can do without serious undertakings. Well, I have free time. So why not?
Word of the day: machination. A word I can use in my monotonous monologues explaining my dastardly plans of world domination. I’ll give you a hint: it involves marshmallows.

Well, I got up a new layout… in the first time since, well, forever. It’s a nice change, and easier on the eyes. I’m actually starting to get back into the web scene again, minus the sad little message boards. Last time I tried those, I got sick of whining teenagers within the first week.
Anyway, I’m in the process of uploading resources. I did remove my portfolio page (or rather, I made it private) for the moment. It’s all old stuff, and I’m not too fond of it.
The holidays were stressful, to say the least. I spent some time at a family condo in palm springs, so that was relaxing, but the rest of it… Eh. Not too exciting.
I’ll be renewing Zero Exposure for another two years soon–maybe I’ll get more use out of it this time around. So, if you’re interesting in hosting, feel free to ask. I’ve already added another hostee, called Andrea. She’s a doll. We’ll all see what she does with the site, eh?
